Lettera a un ragazzo che ha ucciso la donna che diceva di amare
Caro ragazzo,
poco importa il tuo nome potresti essere uno qualsiasi di quelli che spesso stanno facendo notizia oppure uno di quelli che notizia ancora non l’hanno fatta pubblicamente, ma che la fanno ogni giorno tra le proprie mura o bel proprio paese,
sono qui a scriverti questa lettera per poter mettere nero su bianco tutta la mia rabbia e tutto il mio odio per quello che hai fatto, che fai e che, purtroppo, farai.
Non ti vergogni? Non ti rendi conto? Non riesci a fermarti un attimo a pensare?
La donna che hai o avevi accanto, indipendentemente dal fatto che sia o no la tua fidanzata, non è tua.
Lo sai in grammatica italiana “tua” cosa è? No, non lo sai: è un aggettivo o un pronome POSSESSIVO. E sai cosa si possiede? No, non sai neanche questo: si possiedono beni materiali, oggetti, cose, non persone, non quella che dovrebbe essere la tua donna.
Che tu, quindi, l’abbia accanto o che lei ti abbia coraggiosamente lasciato, il dato di fatto non cambia: non è tua e non lo sarà mai. E questo dovrebbe bastare a farti capire che non sei autorizzato a maltrattarla, a violentarla, a mettere fine alla sua vita, solo perché sei geloso, ossessivo, possessivo, malato.

Io. Io bambina, poi ragazza, poi donna, poi lavoratrice, poi madre, poi anziana, poi nonna, poi il niente. Tu. Tu bambino, ragazzo, uomo, lavoratore, padre, anziano, nonno, infine polvere.
Due processi, dove si trova la differenza che difendi con tanto ardore
Sei tu, forse, a sbagliare nel vederla? Come mai cerchi di sfruttarmi, di sminuirmi? E al contrario, come mai cerchi di salire sul piedistallo, ti rendo forse intrinsecamente terrorizzato? Le tue mani non mi toccano davvero, i tuoi insulti si fermano sui lobi e scivolano lungo il collo.
Vincerò io, sempre se per te questa è una battaglia.
Voglio essere considerata per quanto valgo, non per ciò che puoi o non puoi vedere.
Non sono una proprietà, non sono un oggetto, sono io.
Sono una donna.

Today, in society, there are still many people who do not respect women, an example is the article we read in the classroom of the WBO champion, by billy joe saunders in which he gives advice to men on how to beat women, I think he has made an inhumane gesture because the video went viral and even though he apologized I think it did not solve anything because in real life, many women suffer at all times from the fear of gender discrimination and suffer violence and because of that video many men are been able to use combat moves and kill women. At the first slap the women will have to report immediately otherwise they will encounter countless successive violence as "these men" lose control of their emotions and once the violence is over they will apologize for being forgiven, in fact, if the victim forgives him, this will be there. beginning of the next violence. So Billy Joe Saunders shouldn't have allowed himself to make the video on how to beat women indeed he had to give a speech and make men understand that women should not be touched, I hope today's generation does not take an example from him.

Lo spunto per affrontare la seguente tematica ci è stato fornito durante le ore di inglese, nelle quali abbiamo letto in classe l'articolo del The Guardian che riguarda "Billy Joe Saunders", campione internazionale della WBO, nel quale dà suggerimenti agli uomini nel colpire le proprie partner durante il Lockdown, pubblicando il video e, successivamente al divenir virale di quest'ultimo, ha chiesto scusa alle donne rispetto all'offesa inferta. In merito a questo articolo abbiamo tenuto un dibattito riguardante questo tipo di mentalità presente nella nostra società e interpretata in modo inconsapevole e ignorante rispetto alla realtà dei fatti. Tale cultura appunto danneggia non solo i diritti della donna ma anche gli sforzi che hanno fatto le donne in tutti questi anni, nei quali si sono prodigate per dar voce a problematiche della parità di genere.
